Hi my name is Meghan I am 27 and need to change my eating habits once and for all. I am new to the boards but not fitnesspal and look toward to meeting new people:))) We can do this!!!!!

    I'm 27 and also new to message boards. Have had fitness pal app for a while, but am sitting here telling myself I don't need to eat, so came here for motivation!
