Advice needed on Dairy.

My dairy is open public. I just want to make sure I'm heading in the right path with this. I've changed a lot in my eating these last couple of weeks. I've gone out of my comfort zone and started adding some new things. I'm working slowing on adding new veggies to get use to the taste. Fruits is a hard spot for me, I tend to only eat apples and bananas, I need to work more types in.
