Saved calories?

Just wondering, can you carry over unused calories to the next day? As long as your weekly points are ok?

if you are honest and accurate with your tracking if you eat a bit lighter during the week so you can eat a little bit more on the weekends, or if you are a bit light one day and go a little over the next i don't see that hurting anything. As long as you still have a good deficit for the week you should still see a loss (depending on what the deficit is... a 300 calorie weekly deficit probably wouldn't produce much change lol).
  • YES, but within reason. For example: it's perfectly ok to stay a couple hundrer calories under your goal (preferably by exercise) during the week, and then have a "mini pig-out" on Saturday or Sunday at a restaurant. It's nok ok to starve yourself for three days and then go 2000 calories over your limit on day four. But that stands to reason. Just use some common sense in how you do it, and you'll be ok :)

Points are not calories, two different systems.
