I signed up for the diet that goes with this sight, but I am not sure where to go to download, can anyone please let me know.

    there's a diet plan with this site? Where did you see that? I want to see it!

    As far as I know, MFP doesn't tell you what to eat, but it helps you make better choices through tracking calories. How much food can you fit into one day without going over... that sort of thing.
