NVS....FIrst one!

Yesterday I was kind of disillusioned as the scale only dropped 0.4lbs despite a compliant week so I spent time reevaluating 1200 cals vs. TDEE - 20%. So here comes my NSV.......while driving with the family to the grocery store (of all places) I shivered and rubbed my upper arms as you do when cold.....i felt definition in my upper arms!!!!!!!!!! I looked and sure enough it was visible! I guess 30 DS is working and I have renewed motivation!!!! Beginning to rely less on the scales :happy:

That's great! I'm doing 30DS and am in the same situation as you almost. I'm on Level 2 day 5 and no weight loss yet. Today is the 15 day marker so I will take measurements and pics and see if I see a difference.

Anyway, great job! This was motivating!

That's great! I'm about to finish level 2 of 30DS today, and I noticed that I have biceps! It's pretty cool!
