Just realised I haven't done this yet. I have been calorie counting/exercising more for nearly 3 weeks now. I am very small at 4'11" and find excess weight shows fast! After 2 children my body has changed beyond all recognition and I'm ready to reclaim y pre-baby body!

I started off weighing 130lbs. After 2 weeks I lost 8lbs :D I weigh-in on Tuesdays so not long to go now. I am aiming for around 100lbs which, for my height, is in the normal range.

I look forward to chatting to everyone on here :)

  • I just started too....i'm 5'6...140....I want to get down to 125. I have to break up with FOOD!!! :) Today is my day 1.
