33 and 5'7 vegan looking to loose about 50lbs or more

Hi I''m new to the forum and doing the biggest loser with a team at work.
I usually eat a lot of junkfood and not so many fruits and veggies
so I prolly should've been called junkfoodan not vegan...
Well im on the healthy bandwagon hitting my highest weight and largest size ever.
Im friends with my team members from work but also looking for others so send me a request.
I log my calories every day... and am looking for motivation and support to make this a habit
I chose the slowest 1lb/week because I want this way of eating to be sustainable and not loose my mind
I've also enjoyed many of the posts thank you all for sharing.

Nice to see a kindred spirit on here. I'm 32 and went vegan about a year and a half ago and reverted to lacto/ovo over november through new years. Boy that was a mistake as 6 months of progress was lost due to my 2 month long cheese fest. I'm back to being vegan and doing a biggest looser with a couple friends. I'm hoping to loose about 35lbs to get to my goal but about 70 to get to what is a healthy ideal weight. I started back up on tracking and have been trying new dishes. Maybe we can trade some tips and tricks?
