Vegetarian eating meat again - need recipe ideas!
I have been a vegetarian for almost 10 years. For various reasons I have decided to start eating red meat again. I am not eating chicken yet - really just starting with red meat for Iron. (I know spinach and kale have iron too....)
I am trying to take it slowly. I am looking for some good, basic, easy and lean recipes with red meat. Flank steak? Sirloin? How do you eat red meat and make it lean and healthy?
Thank you!

Hey,
You just need to trim the fat away and grill. I'm the opposite, I'm slowly going towards vegetarian, giving up one meat at a time. Steak is always good, watch how you cook it, depending on how you 'see' meat, I always try and cook mine medium, it keeps more flavour and it's more tender when very slightly pink other than cooked right through.
Any cuts like medallion and fillet are good for lean but can be expensive. It's mainly the only beef I eat now tbh. Compine it in a stirfry or just with potatoes and veg and you'll get a really nice meal.0
