Whipped?

I think I need to just start doing my 30 Day Shred workouts right before bed because I always feel totally whipped afterwards and ready to fall asleep anyway. What about you guys? When you do really intense workouts, are you able to go on with your day? How? lol I usually do it about an hour after dinner so that I still have time to hang out and watch a movie with my boyfriend or something before bed.

    Gosh I'm the opposite, I like to workout first thing, as that gets me revved up for the day!

    But everyone is different, there's no right or wrong way, do what suits you best!
