Race shape (4 weeks until race day)

Hello mfp! I am 133lbs down from 356lbs. I have 33 more lbs to go. I need a little advice on the Spartan race I am competing in. I have 4 weeks until the Miami Super Spartan. Any suggestions on how many days to train up to it? I have been training hard for the last few months, and I am actually ramping up a bit pushing myself harder than I ever had. The race is on Sunday the 24th of February. I was thinking of training hard up until the Wednesday before, and then backing off Thursday and Friday before. I will still exercise both days, but I want to rest up for the event. What are your thoughts?
