Congratulations!!! I just had my second child in Dec. I try to log everyday and workout when the baby permits  If you like goals I would happy to be friends if you think I could help you out.

Sent you an invite to a group that helped me out tremendously during my last pregnancy.

Read, read, read! If you plan on breast feeding 'The Nursing Mother's Companion' is an excellent book. I'd also highly recommend 'The No-Cry Sleep Solution' by Elizabeth Pantley and 'Baby Led Weaning: How to get your baby to love good food' by Gill Rapley (it's called something close to that anyway. Also teach them some basic signs (more, milk, hurt, all done, sleepy, etc etc etc) from the beginning. My mom got the Dunston Baby Language DVD set which I thought was rubbish at first but after I had my daughter I discovered it was spot on!! Most of my friends had no idea what their babies wanted and always asked me to interprate lol Honestly, getting as well educated as you can is the best thing you can do because it really helps prepare you do you aren't struggling so much trying to figure it all out at once.
