Digestive Issues

Diet has been going well. Just calorie counting and cutting out enough sugar, salt and fat as I can. Several times I have been above my target calories BUT I have been walking a lot.

Week 1 have lost 3lbs, but then on the third day of week 2, my guts started to cramp up and I had the runs.

It's now the end of week 2, and I've been exactly the same for 5 days - Wednesday to Sunday. I've kept up the diet, but ,my weight loss this week was double the first.

Is this just due to the change in foods that I am eating while trying to lose this weight, or do you think there is something else happening here?

Advice would be most welcome.

    My advice (if this has been going on for 5 days) Go see a Doctor. It may not be your diet causing the problem. Better safe than sorry I would say.

    Have you been eating more raw vegetables? Raw carrots and broccoli can really bother me. It may also be from a sudden increase in fiber, so you might want to gradually add veggies and fruits.
