Weekly summary question x2

I have a couple questions on the weekly summary :

1. The amount of NET calories under my weekly goal--- am I trying to stay 3500 under (1pound)?? or am I supposed to be at zero??

2. I like to weigh myself on Wednesdays, Is there a way to change the start of the weekly summary to Wednesday instead of Mondays?

    #1 it should be 0, which means you ate your goal.
    #2 don't think so, as it goes by the MFP week Mon-Sun
