    This is excellent. Although, US users should note that the liquids section refers to UK fl oz , UK pints and metric sized cups (250 ml, not 237 ml).

    1 UK pint = 20 UK fl oz = 568 ml
    1 US pint = 16 US fl oz = 473 ml

    This is hinted at in the middle splat pattern just under the liquid section but I thought I would highlight it (I've made the mistake in the past and messed up recipes)
