Getting close to goal- advice appreciated

I am around 5 lbs to my goal weight. I have no intention of stopping logging or exercising when I get there, but I do realise I will have to change how I do things. I have lost weight and gained it back before, but I realise this time, that this is a lifestyle change and I'm here for the long term. I would like advice on how to set my calories, etc, and Any maintenance tips that you guys may have. Thanks !
