Just want to thank everyone for the support. Even though I may not have communicated with many of you, I am regularly reading the boards and have been very inspired. I've made some progress since joining here, which I am very proud of. I wrote a blog a few minutes ago titled "Back to Jr. High..." because I had a moment in an exercise class the other night where I let fear and insecurity overtake me. The link to my blog is below if you want to read it. I realize that this is a process that will take time, so even when I fail, I gotta get back up again and keep going.
