Does anyone have trouble staying under their allowed sugar content? I go over everyday, even when I feel I'm eating healthy

    I don't count the sugars from my milk/veg/fruit as a part of my 'allowed' grams. That really is mainly for the added refined sugars. Just my two cents.

    I ALWAYS go over my sugar intake because of the fruit that I eat. I'm going to try cutting back on the fruit because I haven't lost any weight or inches.

    Fruit and dairy sugars are generally okay....but if you are trying to lose weight, fruit should always be eaten whole, so at least you are getting the good fiber along with the sugars.

    I don't eat nearly as much fruit as I used to - I've been more or less maintaining for five years. Some days I have none, but never more than two servings of fruit a day for me.
