1st day of eating/drinking as i always do

Well although my items to reduce or remove totally are obvious its great using this site/app as the categories infront of you show where you need to work on. I generally go from 7am until 7pm and use up half of my calorie intake,from 7pm until 11pm i use the the other half up plus some more. I can be more generous during the day and remove the pig in me on the evening and still be within my daily allowance of calories. LETS DO IT!
