WOW!! Makes me want one. Do you rent your husband out so he can make one for me, too? :-)
Tell him I said WELL DONE!!0 -
Shut up!!! That's Bad Azz.
Go hubby!! Sounds like someone will definitely be getting some action!!! :laugh:0 -
LOVE!! Does he have any directions on how to make one!?0
-
I saved the photo in case I want to build one myself.
Also, with some very slight modification, you could also use it as a bench press too.0 -

How did he do that for $32?!!0

From the receipt materials list:
(8) 2 x 4 x 8's
(1) 2 x 6 x 8
(4) flat 1" washers
(4) hex nuts
(2) 5/16 - 18 x 6 carg bolts (used to hold the weight bar)
I'll try and draw a diagram with measurements. I love it and it took him half a day to figure the schematics (b/c he's a thinker) and about 3 hours to build. I am all about helping out my fellow squatters! :happy:0 -
That's amazing!
Out of curiosity, how long have you been lifting? I've said to my husband that if I can stick with lifting for a year then I'd like to put together equipment at home.0 -
Cool....lift thing up and put them down!0

Nice. Have him add two sets of pegs that are lower so that you have a place to set it if you miss the top after a heavy set. And have him add catches at the end of the rails so that if you bail on mid rep you don't have to worry about the bar rolling back and landing on you.0

THAT is epic!0
