What do you like to eat pre workout?

Nothing! I train fasted at 6am. I have my first meal at 2pm.0

I often workout about a half hour after breakfast, which is a fruit/probiotic smoothie, and often a thin protein shake if I need the calories/protein.0

I always do fasted cardio, but I have to have some fuel in me when I do my lifting.0 -
