If you already do cardio...which of these JM DVDs

would compliment better?

I found that the 30 Day Shred and the Ripped in 30 are circuit training and she has three part of cardio for two minutes. I rather do my own cardo and not hers as what she does hurts my knees.

So would Body Revolution be better since she has a DVD for cardio on different days than the strength?

I hope that makes some sort of sense.

    Body Revolution is great but there are 4, one minute cardio intervals in those videos as well. It does focus mainly on strength training but as the weeks go on, everything feels like cardio because the moves are very dynamic lol
