I'm new so, yeah... hey!

I've recently decided to watch my calorie intake and reduce my weight as prescribed by the doctor after having a fast heart rate as if I didn't lose any weight I'd have to be on tablets everyday for the rest of my life. I'm just past overweight, but I'm okay with that... I'm just here to see if I can do this and get my weight down :-) Feel free to add me and I'd love to hear and share great tips I pick up along the way!
