Balsamic vinegar, sometimes with olive oil if I haven't already added fat to the salad with avocados or nuts or cheese or olives- but I actually really like just the vinegar. The fat is important for being able to absorb all the nutrients from the salad.

Another favorite is mixing up a spicy mustard, cider vinegar, and a dash of stevia. Makes a sweet, tangy mustard vinaigrette. Same deal with the oil for fat.

    1) Wheat germ oil and balsamic glaze (though I have to get the oil from France...strangely hard to find in the US).
    2) Whole Foods 365 Ginger Miso
    3) Annie's Goddess Dressing

Bottled? Ranch. Any and all kinds.

Homemade? Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh crushed garlic, lemon juice and dry mustard shaken up.
