Quick/Easy/HEALTHY Dinner Options or Takeout

I am sitting here trying to figure out what to eat for dinner. I've ate pretty well all day and don't want to mess it up with this meal.
What are some quick and easy and don't forget HEALTHY dinner options? What are some meals you could get takeout that would be HEALTHY?

    Takeout is a bit of difficult option due to the high amount of fat and additives in most. However, if u crave something like that I would suggest Chinese and getting a rice noodles dish as they have less calories than egg noodles and are very filling and maybe a side of chinese vegetables.

    quick and easy to make at home - last night I made stir fry vegetables (brocoli, grean beans, garlic, ginger) with boneless, skinless chicken. I had that with 1/4 cup of jasmine rice. it took about 20 minutes to make and it was delicious. It was also high in protein and fiber and low in fat.

    take out - i usually go for some kind of salad with chicken when I get take out. I have a hard time with take out menus.
