February Goals

What are everyone's goals for the end of February?

My main one isto try and lose at least another 2kg. I managed to drop 4.2kg so far this month, but realistically speaking I think 2kg is a more manageable goal. If I can lose more, then all the better! :)

To do this, I aim to have two weeks of net 1200 calories days, and two weeks of between 1600-1800 calories days (slightly higher than whatever my BMR works out at).

On top of my 45 min walk home every day, my goal is to fit in at least three additional workout sessions, during which I'll aim to burn a minimum of 200 calories.

A bonus goal is to do more on my weekends, ideally getting in at least 3000 steps. ;)
