Exercise between running days

Last week I started c25k and those 3 runs are literally the first lot of voluntary exercise I've done since PE at school 12 years ago. And tbf I skived the majority of those ;)

The recommendation is 5 half hours of exercise a week so even with the running I'm falling short. What do other people do to fill in the gaps? It really needs to be something free and in the house due to childcare and gentle otherwise my body will never stop hurting as I'm SO unfit. Would something like a yoga dvd work d'you think?

    Work out dvds like yoga, jillian michaels or some of the beachbody ones.

    Also google You are your own gym for some bodyweight exercises
