Hi,
Started day one - again - of Turbo Fire... I find it to be challenging, in that the coordination of the moves is hard for me. however my heart rate is always way up so I know I am burning tones of cals.
Anyone else in the same program?
How do you get the moves down?? Thank God there is not a mirror in my basement...

Currently I'm doing a ChaLean Extreme/Turbo Fire/Turbo Jam hybrid. I started with Turbo Jam (and already had kickboxing experience) so I picked up the TF moves quickly. Chalene has said that she tries to incorporate different choreography to keep things interesting which I'm grateful for because her programs, IMO, don't become boring. There's a learning curve for every new routine. But "mistakes burn calories too," so just hang in there and you'll have them down before you know it. It's a ton of fun but I'm grateful I don't have a mirror too!0
