Hello
. My brother introduce me to myfitnesspal and he seems really positive & impressed. I've followed WW on and off for years and kind of got to grips with it but need a change.
I cant quite get my head around the calories, fat, carbs, protein allowance. Have planned my meals for today and have No protein left but still have 300 cal, some carbs and protein to use. Considering most things contain protein how do i use the rest of my allowance without going into the red on protein?????
Any advice greatfullt received.
Thank you

You can, and probably should be going over MFP's default recommendation for protein. Protein and fat should be looked at as minimums, not as maximums. Hit or go over those while keeping your total cals in check.0

I agree! More Fiber too0

You will find that most people here can only focus on one of the macronutrients to stay in check at a time all while focusing on being under in calories as the most important. It is extremely challenging to be under everything. If you ever find the magical day of food where you manage it let everyone know lol Welcome to MFP!0

Thank you both. That takes the pressure off. I'll focus on the calories and fats I think. : )0

find a food for each macro that contain a 98% content. For me:
Carbs: Rice Cakes, Rice
Fats: Olive Oil
Protein: ON Whey, Egg Whites
I eat these foods when I hit the target for other macros and just want straight carbs, fats or protein.0 -
Will give it a go. thank you0
