Well I can't tell you how much you will lose and I really don't think you will lose much of anything because you are eating less then 1200 calories. Many people here will tell you that you should NEVER go below 1200 calories. You will send yourself into starvation mode and your body will hold onto everything.

First of all, you need NO LESS than 1200 calories a day. Your body will think it is starving and start to go into starvation mode and cling to every calorie you eat. Also, it may start to slow your metabolism, which makes losing weight hard then too. I would say, since you work out 5 days a week, probably eat like 1500 and you'll lose safely.

Every time you post, this happens. Because you are so small, you should consider talking to a nutrition specialist to advise you on whether or not below 1200 is safe for you.

I was thinking the same as mvl I honestly don't think there is any weight on your body to lose. From the looks of your pictures you are perfect.

Not to be mean but do you post these to get attention i have seen many post from you asking about losing weight and eating very low calories and once again you get replies about not needing to lose any more weight, your too skinny as it is and so on so im wondering if you know what other's will say about your post why do you keep doing it?? I don't want to sound mean but it's just you post the same things over and over again and i really think you need to talk to a dr

i think because you have a special case, you should probably talk to a nutritionist or a doctor. i don't know how useful anything anyone here is going to say will be for you. all you're going to get is that's not healthy and you're too skinny anyway.

    Hi!

I agree with Tammie...and not to be rude, mean or crude, but rather be concerned that you feel the need to loose weight.

Your profile picture shows you as a beautiful young lady - personally I think you could GAIN a few pounds, and maybe by gaining those 6lbs, your own body is trying to tell you that.

You state that your 96lbs...how tall are you, if you don't mind me asking?

Hope you have a safe and enjoyable trip to Italy!

From the looks of your pictures, you are very skinny, and I'm assuming that's what you want to hear. Like the others, I'm not trying to be mean or hurtful, but you obviously don't need to lose any more weight. There are people on here trying to lose 100's of lbs, you don't even weigh 100 lbs. It says you're 96 lbs and you say you're trying to burn off 6 that you gained, so your goal weight is 90 lbs? I agree with a previous poster, you could actually stand to gain a few lbs., and would look a lot HEALTHIER. Definately talk to your Dr. and/or a nutritionist.

    Well put!!
  • Under 1200 calories is not healthy or safe for your body, I would agree about seeing a nutritionist. Eating continually under 1200 will cause your body to fight to retain its nutrients so you won't lost weight and when you do start eating normal again, you will see a gain.

Well I think that there are healthy ways of losing weight and unhealthy ones. I too have seen your pattern of posts and your pictures. I've privately msged you expressing my concerns with your appearance. Sorry lynnw to centre you out but we shouldn't be telling her what she wants to hear.

As we are all thinking it and just dancing around saying it, this isn't healthy. You look like you have an eating disorder and your obsession with having to lose 6 lbs from 96-90 echos this what we all see in your pictures, major concerns. Like it was metioned before this post of having to lose 6 lbs to get back down to 90lbs before a trip where you are concerned about potentially gaining more weight, is exactly what it was labeled earlier as attention seeking.

I definetly agree you need to seek some professional assistance with your goals and discuss how realistic they are.

    Good luck to you.

I'm not sure this site is beneficial for people who want to be at an unhealthy weight. I actually think if you ate more you'd look and feel amazing. you don't NEED to lose any weight. Feel good about your body, no one should be harming themselves to attain a weight that is incredibly unrealisitic. unless you are 4'10-4'11 being under 100 pounds is hazardous to your health.

It's nice to know people on this website will express concern when it's appropriate! Good work ladies:)

No, it's not good. And the fact that you have gained weight putting you at 100 or just above is (IMO) a good indication that your body needs to gain weight and not lose it.
