thrown out by change in routine

Well I guess I have a good reason- long weekend, natural disaster , the normal excuses.
I am losing weight, that's a good thing. But I am losing quickly. I want to be consistant so that when I reach my goal weight I can maintain.
My issues are eating enough so that I don't reach for bad foods. A calorie is a calorie but good calories are always better. When I eat good food, and enough food I have a lot of energy and my mood is much better. Last week (my first full week on here) was quite good. I didn't even have pmsdespite a hard week at work. Last month I felt like ****. But today through me out.
No power at dinner, ate crap. Weigh in for the week this morning was great and measurements for the month, yay. No power at breakfast. Did my weights, had a shake, massive walk and a muslie bar. Power back on, realised at about 2pm , I had hardly eaten. Ate a yummy but not healthy dinner tonight. Still 300 cals to eat.
This is a bad day, my diary is open, but it follows the pattern I need to change. As anyone else being able to overcome these issues? This has a lot to do with health rather than weight.
