MFP does... just look up Strength Training in the Cardiovascular section. It'll log your calories that way.

There is actually a " strength training " option in the cardio section that let's you add them.

Though you can mark it there, I really dislike the way it calculates calories. There is no option for the type of strength training you are doing, or how vigorously you do it. It's the one of things about using FitDay I like better than MFP, Some days I go to the gym and just to a general workout, other days I do circuit or HIT training and expend a lot more calories. I haven't quite figured out how to account for that yet here.

This. MFP has stated a few times that its not accurate. I would be leery of eating calories back based on this. I wouldnt eat more than half.

I know, and the crazy thing is that I really want to optimize my workouts so I do both my weight training and then do my Zumba cardio right afterward. I would have eaten better. I guess knowledge is power.

I normally underestimate calories just for those type of discrepancies. I could never eat the amount of calories back that it asks me to do. I find that if you are eating junk, its really easy to get the calories in. Once you start to eat clean, its a mess to get all of that food in.

That's where a heart rate monitor comes in handy... good way to know what your calorie burn is.

I don't actually see a huge difference in my HRM and the cals on MFP.
I seem to be one of a very few in that respect.
