I’m Helen, I'm 28 years old and want to lose at least a stone. And I’m hoping myfitnesspal will help me do just that! So far I’ve lost 2lbs!

I’ve been on this site for almost a month now, I have the app too and try and update every day. I want to use this site to its full potential – any hints or tips?!
