splitting it up?

Today I'm not going to be able to eat lunch for 6 hours after breakfast, and I know I will be starving...my only opportunity for a snack is before I leave the house at 9, but I am not hungry at that point so i don't want to eat my snack for the day, because I want to save that for before my work out in the afternoon. So, should I eat a little of my lunch in the morning?

It really doesn't matter how you split up the calories throughout the day, it has no bearing on losing. If you think eating a small portion of your lunch early will help you get through the morning without being absolutely ravenous by lunch, then go for it.0
