Warning...stress ahead!

So I have a meeting today that has been weighing on me with a lot of stress. I am struggling to not shove everything I see into my mouth as my go to comfort right now and I keep thinking about what I want to eat to celebrate that the meeting is over once it is complete, again an old habit.
UGH!!!
UGH!!!

I used to do this too. And I do agree that food is an important element that people have used to come together and celebrate for many years. Unfortunately, we have to teach ourselves that it is not a reward. Food is fuel. (Though some of it is pretty awesome!)
Find something else that you enjoy to 'celebrate' or reward yourself with - I like to take a hike, or go visit someone, or work on a quilt. Do something that is special to you.0 -
To celebrate: favorite song turned up, dance it out!!! In your office? At home? In the CAR... whatever... dance baby dance!!!0
