Help! I slept too much and didn't eat yesterday!

So, I work night shifts and for various reasons have been slightly sleep deprived the last month or so. Yesterday, my body finally caught up and I slept for 18 hours straight. In doing so, I missed almost a full days worth of food. What do I do now? Eat a lot more today? Thanks

It's one day, I wouldn't worry about it.
If you want the extra food today or want a 'cheat' meal, then feel free to use the calories you missed yesterday. But I wouldn't worry about trying to cram two days worth of food into one if you don't want it.0 -
Eat normally today.0

I agree, if you are hungry by all means eat some extra and just remember its an allocation of the previous days food. Dont stress too much if you go over today but dont force yourself to eat extra if you dont feel like it. Just keep going as you would on a normal day0

This happens to me from time to time as well. I also work nights. I just resume normally afterward.0
