I'm new to MFP and I love this site! I will be journaling and hope to make it through this maze of what was, up until this point, inner thoughts, fears, emotions, hopes, dreams and ambition.

I'm on a mission, a mission to be in excellent health so I can live a fun filled, energy filled life with my husband and children. I do not want to sit on the sidelines saying "I can't because...". I can and I will! I am on a mission to like me, to care for m, to love myself. I will get to a point where it's not such hard work to do those things which build a strong infrastructure strong enough to carry the ideals I hang on it

I'm on a journey... to find the true me so I can settle in there and call it home.
