WL Challenge with my bf

So I started back in on weight loss, loving Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and my bf says he thinks he can beat me. HA! I like a challenge as much as any person (after all, my blog is carolynschallenge.com ) So I agreed. We decided we would start Monday (today) so despite the 3+ lbs I had lost, I pigged out last week, hoping to gain a bit of water weight. I put back on 1.8 lbs (he's a big guy and I will need every ounce I can get).

So here we go, challenge day 1. We are doing the challenge based on percentage to keep it fair. So if I did the math right, for every 10 lbs he loses, I need to lose 6 lbs. Should be a fun couple of months. I can already taste the victory! I will post updates here.

*PS So glad to be back eating healthy. All the crap I ate this past week really did make me feel horrible and zapped my energy BIG TIME!

    I can already taste sweet victory, after just one day I am down 2.2 lbs. Who cares if some is water weight, it still counts. But I can't rest because I know that when he has good eating days, I will have to watch out because I'm sure he will drop weight faster than me.
