Ticker not showing...

Can you see my ticker?
Every time I change it to a personalised photo it shows up as a blue question mark in a box like it's an error or something. It's happened with quite a few different photos. The premade ones by MFP are showing up fine but I want to use my own picture for it. Is it just my computer or something or is it not showing up at all?

Does anyone know how to fix this at all?

    I can see it now because I've set it to one of the pre made MFP templates. Anyone know what might be going on with the photos/pictures not uploading?
