What kind of advice would you give an overweight girl who wants to start lifting heavy, in order to lose weight and get fit? From how many lbs to start off with to adding in extra protein.
I am brand new to the lifting and I want to start getting into it. I currently do turbofire and just ordered ChaLean Extreme to try. I have 8 lb dumbells at home, is this good enough to start off with or should I go heavier?
Protein: I am wondering if there is such a thing as low carb protein powder? Do you use the protein shakes as a meal replacement?
I have all kinds of questions, just give me your best tips, advice and/or suggestions please. thanks
