Problem Areas

I know that many women have dealt with the problem areas. My problem areas is my hips. I have had 2 children, and they both have stayed on my hips. It doesn't matter how much weight I lose, I don't see the hips leaving. Does anyone have any suggestions on exercises I can do that would focus on these areas? I don't want to keep losing up top, and have my same size below my belly.

    I been told first to come last to leave...im super thin around my upper body and lower body arms legs and such. but my tummy is still holding onto its fat it was the first part of me to gain weight so I expect it to be the last place the weight disappears. as for work outs maybe try looking on youtube for thigh, butt exercises. but most people would respond you cant spot reduce which is true. but you can build lean muscles and then with diet and exercise can reduce the fat.
