    Good. My mom uses Dr. Schulze's stuff & it's really beneficial. I did the bowel cleanse once and it really helped me feel better. :)

    I have Colitis so....BAD BAD BAD!!!

    But for normal folks....I dont know. My brother did one a while back and he said it really worked for him and helped him feel better. His wife did one...not such great results.
