upping protein decreasing carbs?

Does anyone have any thoughtful suggestions on how to do this? I must tell you that I am also vegan so I'm looking to cut down on breads and grains, not vegetable carbs and increase my protein a bit. Not looking for a lecture because healthwise this eating style works for me since I am allergic to dairy and animal foods irritate my ibs. Thank you!

You should google how to make complete protein combintions.
I was vegan for several months, so i know a bit about it..

Plant proteins are "incomplete proteins" You need to mix them with certain other foods which makes them "complete"
I googled it and got some pretty cool ideas :)

Sorry if this makes no sense, its kinda hard to explain lol

I read that there is no need to mix them at the same meal, but you should be okay as long as you eat a variety of proteins a day like grains, vegetables, beans, fruit, nuts ect.
  • -Do you like tempeh? They say it's a more healthier version of tofu.
-How about nuts and seeds? They could give you perhaps a 5g boost.
-How about organic soy milk? Organic because soy is often GMO.
-How about increasing your vegetables more? They will also give you small boosts.
