Hello

My name is Janis and I'm new here. I used to use another app but a few of my friends use this one so I made the switch. I've been keeping track of things off and on for a couple of months now but today I have recommited myself to tracking and working hard to change myself.

Today I accomplished my first goal...I got up at 430 this morning and made it to the gym by 5. I worked out until 630 including 35 minutes of cardio. Today I really pushed myself and for that I am thankful and proud.

I'm looking for new friends to inspire, encourage, and help keep me motivated and I hope I can do the same.

Here's to starting over...again, and again, and again, oh yeah, and again.
