i have weights and a mat.

hey !

So when i go to the gym i basically have weights, a mat, and medicine ball (like those small heavy ones).
What are some good strength exercises to target my abs and arms?

Also, my upper back is really sore.. what are some good stretches?

    Try oblique twists on the mat using the medicine ball, those really work your core.

    Sorry if I'm not supposed to post links, but there is a trainer who does a fitness channel on youtube for free, and he has a whole playlist of ab workouts that are pretty simple with basic equipment, plus info on tons and tons of other info. Check it out!

    Comes off as a little "infomercial" sounding, but he has some seriously good workouts here, the ones I have tried leave my sore for days. Look on the right for his abs playlist.
