gluten free diet, non-celiac

i don't have celiac disease but i've been feeling just bloated and weighed down recently so i tried going gluten free. today is my third day of gluten free but i have had NO cravings for gluten products at all.. is that normal? or does that mean i've somehow been eating gluten without knowing it? also, how soon should i feel the effects of going gluten free, if there are any for non-celiacs on the diet?

    Gluten isn't something you crave and if you have no issue with gluten I'm not sure what effect you're hoping to feel. If you don't have a gluten sensitivity you probably won't feel anything different at all.
