Body pump or body combat?

Not sure which one to do. I am trying to gain weight but also tone up and get muscle. I want abs and to be strong again after loosing alot of weight accidently.. My aim is too be healthy and strong. Basicly, body pump is a weight lifting style class wheras body combat is sort of like martial arts zumba kinda thing. Which should i do this week/in the future?

I want to do a mix of cardio and strength training to build muscle but stay fit.

    I would guess body pump since you're looking to add muscle and it involves lifting. I do body combat myself and it is a great workout. I've lost about 10 lbs and lost inches since starting almost 2 months ago. I think it does tone some also. It's harder for me to tell as I had so much fat to lose, but my arms definately are more toned. Body Combat is also tons of fun too. I actually find myself smiling doing it. I don't smile while running on the treadmill!
