Hi All!
Having my wisdom teeth removed next month and not sure what to expect in regards to eating. For anyone that's had theirs removed, please let me know what you were able to eat and not eat, and what healthy suggestions you have!
Thanks!

First few days... just soft food. Soup, shakes (just don't use a straw!), jello, mashed potatoes. As long as you don't have any complications (I had dry socket because of a bad reaction to my pain meds that made me throw up), you'll be back to normal in a few days. You still might want to opt for softer foods.0

Soft foods for a few days, nothing with seeds, nothing that will get stuck in the holes or stitches and nothing through a straw. It's a few days, eat whatever you can get down. I lived on ice cream and pudding for 2 days because it felt good!0

what worked best for my son when he had his done were warm soups, no acidic drinks or soups and pudding cups.0

The anticipation is the worst part, I had all 4 out at once and I could've gone to work the next day. I ate ice cream for the first few days then went back to normal.0
