hitting the macros

how close does everyone get to there macros at the end of the day?

  • I'm usually over on sugar and sometimes protein. And normally I'm under on everything else unless I'm having a horrid day

    Sugar always.. from the fruit I eat. and somtimes protien. But everything else is close with the mfp recomended

    generally I'm over on sugar because I eat fruit (usually 3 servings a day), whole grain bread with my lunch (sandwich), and a granola bar or cereal at breakfast. I also go over on protein, but try to stay under on total carbs and fat.
