From Fat to Fit

Hello! I am not new to MFP. I use to have an account but fell off the wagon when work and stress became to much. I went from 388 down to 295 then fell off and came back up to 319 as of today. Keeping track on here really put it all out in front of me and kept me in check. I need that to keep it up and get healthy again. Please feel free to add me and I promise to stay positive and keep up the motivation!
