Vitamin Water Outrage!

They have no business calling this stuff water. It should be called Vitamin Juice but it contains no juice. It has 150 calories in a typical bottle, 50 cals per 8 oz. It also has more than 7g sugar, maybe 13g- I'm not certain per 8oz.

URGH. I didn't even drink the stuff.

    you need to read the nutrition info before you consume it hun. they do make a lower cal version that is really good

    Yeah, that drink is deceptive! If you want more to your water Smart Water is great. :)

    I like LifeWater, I believe they have some that are 10 cals per serving. I rarely drink it tho, I'm a true water lover!
